Also a talented writer, interestingly Essex born Abbie lived in India for two years working as a professional dancer & choreographer in Bollywood. Abbie began to write this world only she knows, and has based a sitcom series on the true events she encountered along this journey, but through the eyes of her established and successful live character Stephanie Vange, the 'Girl On Fire.'


Having enjoyed the process of turning her one woman Edinburgh shows into a sitcom format, Abbie's confidence as a writer has grown immensely. Now with a number of varied sitcom pilots drafted, and short sketches filmed and entered into festivals, Abbie's writing career has an exciting future. 

Abbie has a natural comedic flare to all her work, and is inspired by talent such as; Sharon Horgan, Kristen Wiig and Tina Fey to name a few of the greats.
